Following vaccination, it is critical to differentiate field (wild-type) strains from vaccine-related strains or signals. PowerChek™ LSDV Real-time PCR Kit Ver.2.0 is a real-time PCR-based solution designed to differentiate between wild-type and vaccine strains while detecting a conserved region of LSDV. This enables reliable discrimination between wild-type and vaccine-derived signals, supporting disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and vaccination- related studies.
